Looking to sublet my large room, in a great location from May 1 of 2013 until the end of August. There are currently four rooms available (although I am just looking to sublet mine; you can contact me if you would like to sublet out more), with one of the roommates staying in the house on a business co-op term. The house is seconds from the bus route, located in central uptown waterloo, a 30 second walk from Tim Horton’s, Mr. Sub, Valu Mart, a local park, a convenience store, as well as all of the bars and nightclubs in uptown! You have everything you could possibly need near you, with UW and WLU only a quick walk away, or travelling by bus will take you under 5 minutes. Looking to sublet for a flat rate of $500 dollars a month, no additional utility expenses.
