This secure access residence is available to enrolled, co-op and work placement students; therefore variable lease lengths are possible. The rooms rent for $445 - $525, depending on the room size you chose. Our residence has common kitchen, lounge, dining areas, and onsite laundry facilities.
Each of the 10 single furnished & carpeted bedrooms is spacious and has hi speed wireless internet and TV cable connectivity. Furnishings include a bed with mattress, desk, and chair. Small refrigerators for your room are available for rent.
The House is located next to the Grace Anglican Church, which is a 3 minute walk to the Laurier, Nipissing and Conestoga campuses as well as train and bus stations, grocery store, Farmer's Market, restaurants, Library, Banks, convenience store, shopping, YMCA, free entertainment at Harmony Square, and Grand River trails.
