The bedroom is available from the beginning of the winter term (January 1st 2015) to the end of summer (September 1st). However, if the individual is just interested in renting from beginning of January to the end of April that can be happily arranged as well as if the individual is just requesting the summer period (may-september). The bedroom itself is fully furnished with carpet, desk, shelving, bed, bed frame, closet, and a window. there is also a lock on the door for extra privacy. bedding itself can be provided if requested ! and feel free to put up pictures, posters, anything else put on the walls ! the walls were just recently painted so they are nice and clean and there is lots of closet space. The house is two floors with a basement for storage. There is a fully furnished living room that includes a TV set up with a Wii and PS2 player to play movies or games, couch a window seat and two comfy chairs and a table. There is also two kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor both fully equipped with two fridges, sinks, table and chairs etc. the house has two full bathrooms as well. there is a huge backyard with a little fenced off area by the back door where you can lock up and store other outdoor belongings and there is a driveway for parking. The house is in a great location, very desirable for students, if you want to be close to campus and also close to downtown and princess street. It is the best spot for central location and the hub of all social activities. The house is also located right by a nearby bus stop which is convenient to go to places that aren't as close and there neighbours are very friendly and welcoming !
