summer time rue St-Redempteur

Hello , I'm a student currently going to University of Ottawa, but I`ll be leaving for the summer time. Therefore, I'm looking for a responsible person to take over my lease from May to August. The location is in Hull. It is near STO and OcTranspo buses , so transportation is very easy. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Univeristy of Ottawa, 30 to get to Algonquin College and 40 to get to Carleton. The cost of the rent is 380 per month, and it is fully furnished with electricity, internet, basic cable, heating, and hydro included. There is a washing machine and a dryer as well, and it is $1.50 per load.
