One or two bedrooms

One or two bedrooms (furnished or unfurnished) available for rent in a shared house, beginning on February 1. The rooms are in a basement apartment shared with one other student. The rent is $600/month/room and is all-inclusive (including internet, cable, and laundry also). The basement apartment has it's own living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. The house has a large backyard for you to use and is also beside a park that has a skating rink in the winter. On bus routes 86 and 14, very easy to get to Algonquin. On a quiet residential street in the Central Experimental Farm area with easy access to grocery store and other shopping.
