Foundry First Lease Takeover

The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and an overbed desk. The building has laundry in the basement as well as a gym and movie theatre. It is a secured entry with a security guard on duty at night. The rooms each have a magnetic lock on them as well. The bedroom for takeover is on the 3rd floor, it is shared with 4 other girls and a shared washroom with only one other girl who is very clean. The apartment is for women only and a very clean, quiet, and respectful apartment. Must be a student at Fanshawe College.
