We are renting a clean and spacious furnished bedroom in our clean and modern home. We do not smoke or own pets. The bedroom is furnished with modern broadloom, a brand new bed with a brand new high quality duvet, WiFi, a large screen TV, Cable, DVD Player, computer, desk and chair, bar fridge and microwave. The tenent will have use of a shared washer and dryer as well as their own private 4 piece modern bathroom. We are close to public transportation and there is also a parking spot available if needed.

We are located very close to Seneca College. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEMALE RENTER ONLY.
