Sublet (May-August)

Looking for a sublet for the months of May-August 2021 in this well lit three bedroom apartment, preferably female, age 18-21. Rent is $450 per month, all amenities included. The other two rooms in the apartment will be occupied by 2, 20 year old girls during these months so willingness to be polite, cleanly and respectful of the space is a necessity. The apartment has two floors, with a kitchen, washer, dryer and bedroom on the main floor and the bathroom and other two bedrooms on the second floor. The possibility of remaining in the apartment for the September-April 2021/2022 year is open and can be discussed once the summer sublet period is over.
