I am looking for 1 roommate to occupy 1 of the 4 bedrooms in my beautiful home in Kanata. The house is very well managed and taken care of. Looking for clean, quiet, responsible and friendly person. The roommate will have access to a shared bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, backyard with no rear neighbors, in house laundry and fully furnished private rooms. Parking is also available at $50/month. Rent is $850/month (room size: 14.5'x10.5') and includes: All Utilities (Heat, Hydro, Water, A/C – Central Air etc.), Unlimited High Speed Internet, fully furnished room with murphy bed. Cleaning of house is included once bi-week. Rental Agreement is available. Located in the BeaverBrook area, we’re about a 10 minute walk to a Grocery Store, Post Office, Pharmacy, Bank, Gym, Bike Paths, Shopping, 417 Highway and Kanata's Hi-Tech Centre. We are also close to the Centrum for all your shopping needs. Buses (#63, #64 and others) run right across the street.
