Exterior parking for your vehicle on driveway included. Option for indoor garage parking/storage available for additional fee. Monthly rent is $725 and all utilities are included. First and last months rent required at lease signing. No smoking, vaping, drugs, pets on premises at any time.
Rental application with references required. Verification of enrolment in university/college required.
E-transfers and 12 month lease term only.
