I'm a federal employee. I have two small dogs. If your pets are non-destructive, compatible with mine and well-cared for, then your pets are welcome, but must be approved by the landlord/owner, too. I love cats, but sadly, I'm allergic.

Unfortunately, this apartment is not idea for individuals with mobility restrictions (due to lack of elevator, for example).

If you require a furnished room, it can be provided. If you prefer to furnish your own room or add to the shared areas, just let me know. Either is totally cool. :)
