Description I am offering Room and Board to a student for the school year. I will provide food and prepare suppers. Breakfast and lunch foods will be provided. There is an extra fridge in the basement for any special food and drink you would like. I will also do laundry. All I require of you is to keep your room reasonably clean, to not make unnecessary noise and pay your rent on time. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus directly to U of M. I would prefer a female but would consider a male. I will have WiFi. When you see the pics keep in mind I can replace the Vanity for a dresser for a guy. I also can put a desk where the bench is.
