Meant4Rent Search Request is a FREE way for everyone to get help finding that right place for the right price. This service should not be considered as the first or best option due to the fact that everyone has different preferences. Our search results are conducted to the best of the knowledge of the Meant4Rent team. All search results and properties should be also carefully inspected by the interested renter(s) to fit the criteria and the need of the recipents.
Meant4Rent Search Team Will Conduct Searches as Follows:

The individual(s) who is/are interestred in finding a rental will fill out the appropriate form on Meant4Rent.com, and shortly after will receive a response from the Meant4Rent Team regarding the proposal which will verify the renters interest in the service and ask them if they wish to continue, which without consent will not proceed any further
A search will then begin for the rental properties to suit the tenant's needs.
Meant4Rent will do their best to find rental properties to suit the individual's needs, but cannot guarantee anything. If for any reason a rental property is not found based on the individual's submission, Meant4Rent is not responsible for any outcome thereof.
Furthermore, Meant4Rent is not necessarily in any way affiliated with the external landlords and property managers/owners who they communicate with, and therefore is not responsible in any way for any outcome that results with the individuals communication or transactions, etc. with the landlord or other parties mentioned before.
Meant4Rent urges its customers to use caution when using this service, it is merely meant as an aid to individuals who don't have time to spend searching ad by ad, site by site; Meant4Rent does not guarantee anything and recommends that any transactions that do take place between the landlord and individual should be done using secure methods to avoid fraud.
Meant4Rent will only search for rental properties that fit the request of the sender.
Search terms will be prioritized in the following order - Location >> Monthly Cost >> Move In & Out Date.
Meant4Rent may call the property management/owner/landlord/other person in charge to ask for further information on behalf of individuals.

Meant4Rent Search Team Will Not Do As Follows:

A Meant4Rent agent will never ask for account password information or credit card information. The only transactions that take place are on the site, or those specifically authorized by the President.
We will not help to provide payments or other finantial criteria.
Our Team will not visit the location, property or conduct more research on the property.
Meant4Rent is not responsible nor liable under any conditions to the condition of the property.
Meant4Rent recommends that all properties should be carefully inspected before signing any agreement.
Meant4Rent will not deal with any money or lease agreement between the two parties.
Meant4Rent is not responsible for any time lost, money spent, or any misgiven information regarding the properties.
Meant4Rent is not responsible for any outcome which may occur with the property whatsoever, whether before, during or after the tenant's stay
Meant4Rent suggests that all search results conducted should also be reviewed by the recipent before contacting the property managment/owner
