Description Room on the upstairs level of an up to date house with lots of extra features. You will have full use of the upstairs bathroom which is beside the room. Shared Kitchen. I live in the basement and work shiftwork. I have an office in the other bedroom on the upstairs of the house which I use regularly. There are a dog and cat that live in the house so no other animals please and you must like pets. No smoking in the house. Must be a neat and clean individual. There's a large private landscaped backyard and deck which you can use as well. There is an outdoor hot tub which you may use occasionally. Any questions, please ask. |
