I have Lovely rooms in my pretty home with private views. The rent is $525 per room, per month. I am seeking full time, female students or female co-op students for WOMEN ONLY - NON SMOKING home for the January 2014 Semester or longer.

The rooms are fairly large (approx. 12 ft. by 15 ft.) They are identical in size and furnishings. One is blue - the other is pink.

The rooms are on the upper level along with a shared laundry room and bathroom.
* each has a lovely private view overlooking a small forest & a lively little creek - there are no buildings overlooking these bedrooms.
* each has lots of storage, a wall 2 wall closet, a comfy day bed, an antique desk, and lots of bureau drawers etc.

My home is well located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood on a park like setting.

ROOMS CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE EARLIER (end of December 2013).

RENT $525 per month per room
* Includes: heat, hydro, water, high speed wireless
* Shared kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need.
* Shared laundry - located on the upper (bedroom) level
* Shared bathroom - located on the upper (bedroom) level
* Shared powder room - located on main level - off the front entrance

Parking might be available but it would be an extra cost ($60 per month).

* TEN bus stops from Algonquin College Campus. Bus stop is 4 min. walk
