About The Area: You are three minutes from most things you need. Shoppers Drugmart, several hardware stores, grocery stores, and downtown Galt are all within a 3-minute drive. The area is awesome, especially if you enjoy the nightlife or being in the outdoors. The Galt Arena Gardens, home of the Cambridge RedHawks (Junior B hockey team), is less than a minute walk from the unit. If you're not into hockey, you can walk 30 seconds further to Soper Park, which extends over a kilometre—great for walking, playing frisbee golf, or tennis. Alternatively, the Grand River trail is about a 3-minute drive into downtown Galt. As far as nightlife goes, Galt has great bars downtown, including the Gas Light District across the river. Bowling and indoor mini putt are a 2-minute drive away, and local gyms (Crunch Fitness and Anytime Fitness) are within 1 km of the house.

About Expectations: We expect that you let us know immediately if anything is broken, damaged, or in need of maintenance. We will make sure whatever needs fixing is corrected as soon as possible. Clear communication is key. Respect the property. You can request permission but, generally, no loud music after 10 PM—we won't be fun-haters; however, we do expect you to be considerate. I am currently a graduate student and work full time, and my spouse works early mornings.
